You have 30 Calendar days to return your product for refund. Shipping charges will not be included. If there was a mistake on our part we will exchange your product or give you a full refund. Shipping charges will be included. After 30 Calendar days a refund will not apply. You will receive a store credit. Product must be received in new condition.
We are open Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard time. Closed all major Holidays.
We take Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. PayPal Accounts are accepted. We also accept personal and business checks. No third party checks are accepted.
All Orders placed before 10:00 am Pacific Time are expected to go out the same day. You will be notified if there are any back orders of product.
Orders can be picked up on a will call bases. You will be notified Via Email or phone when your order is complete. There is no charge for handling on order for pick up.
All orders in the US Continental will be shipped Ground unless you specify Overnight or
Express Shipping. All International order will ship Express.
We currently use UPS Ground Service & USPS.
